Responsibilities：
1.Liaise with China management team and business key stakeholders in multiple departments and develop IT solutions meeting with business demands.
2.uate new emerging IT technologies, liaise with vendors, compare and propose IT solutions to regional IT management.
3.Monitor and maintain data centre, server, network, telephone in all China offices align with corporate standard and policies.
4.Lead IT projects on demand and control project scope, cost and schedule
5.Lead a small team to provide IT support on daily user request and technical issues.
6.Provide tier two IT service desk support for IT related incidents and requests.
7.Prepare IT budget plan forecast, projects’ cost estimation
8.Review and ensure local IT policies and procedures aligned to the Global Security Policy and Standards.
9.Coordinate and support any ad-hoc projects assigned by management.

Requirements：
1.Bachelor degree related in Information Technology or equivalent
2.Minimum of 5 years’ solid working experience in Desktop, Server, Network Administration
3.Good knowledge in Router, Switch, Firewall, VPN, IP Networking, VMware, SAN, NAS, Office 365, Windows and Azure Technologies.
4.Project Management experience in project management work, Certified in PMP project management are advantageous
5.Proficiency in writing, presentation and communication skills in English.
6.Good time management, team p, able to work both in a team and independently.
