• 对人工智能、深度学习/机器学习、计算机视觉/图形学、自然语言处理有一定的认识；
• 流利的中英文读写；
• 很强的团队协作精神，能在快节奏中出成绩。
加分项：
• 在数学领域相关会议和期刊发表过论文；
• 参加过数学建模或算法大赛，成绩优异；
• 最好有统计或应用数学，或其他相关数学领域的博士学位。如果是相关领域硕士，需要有3年工作经验，其中2年以上科研经验；
• 对模型加速的硬件和软件实现有独到的想法。
