This position is to ensure the implementation and compliance of EHS regulations and Siemens corporate EHS requirements for the LD Shanghai, China Site. This role should have a strong sense of regulatory compliance involving environmental protection and occupational health and safety.
•Coordinate hazardous and biological waste disposal and associated recordkeeping
•Support the implementation and sustainability of the Site’s EHS management system
•Support the OHA( occupational health assessment)/EIA( environment impact assessment)/SPA( safety pre-assessment) process
•Assist in New Equipment/Process Safety Reviews during site construction and for future Site needs
•Manage the EHS Documentation
•Support the development of JSA( Job safety analysis)/PHA( Process hazards assessment
•EHS training creation and implementation
•Maintain the EHS Compliance Obligations Master List and Site Permit Listing
•Support the EHS related permit application process
•Support the hazardous & new chemical registration process
•Prepare the required reports to the authorities
•Support the emergency response plan
•Conduct regulatory and Siemens required inspections
•Maintain required departmental suppliers
•Additional job tasks assigned by the EHS manager.
•Other projects or tasks assigned by supervisor or company.

•Knowledge & Experience:
-Typically 2 to 5 years, of EHS related experience with a proven track record, preferably in the relevant industry / market. Preferably with project experience.
-English skill both in reading and writing.
•Education:
-Bachelor degree in Environmental/ safety/ Biological/ chemical.
-Preferably with National safety engineer certification.
