作为CIE工程师，你将会有机会与Azure中国的客户方的软件开发人员、架构师（小到免费用户，大到世界500强）合作，解决具有挑战性的与Azure开发相关的问题。你将会和其他工程师，包括来自微软的技术专家一起，为客户提供技术服务。同时，也你会接受大量的Azure相关的技术培训。

职责如下：

-通过电话，邮件和在线会议和客户沟通复杂的Azure开发相关的问题
-分析客户的程序中的问题，通过开发代码和提供解决方案以符合客户的期望。期间，需要调试、排错、编写代码，并对问题负责，直到问题全部解决
-持续性的学习和掌握Azure中国现有的服务以及新上线的服务
-编写技术文档、博客、官网常用操作指南，并有机会对外交付培训
-识别客户反馈的产品问题，并提交给产品组
-参与内部知识分享
-需要参与倒班和Oncall

Job Description:

As a Support Engineer in CIE (Cloud Integration Engineering), you will work directly with developer customers who range from small software developers to Fortune 100 corporations on windows azure platform. You will be a member of a team that solves the most challenging Windows Azure programming problems.
You will work with other engineers, including azure experts from Microsoft, to debug, troubleshoot, write code, and create solutions; at the meantime, you will gain lots of knowledge on windows azure architecture by training or practices.

Job Responsibilities:

- Communicate technically complex information with Windows Azure developer customers via telephone, written correspondence, and electronic services.
- Analyze customers’ programming problems and develop solutions to meet their needs. This will involve debugging, troubleshooting, writing code, and taking responsibility to see that the issue is fully resolved.
- Continually learn technologies and develop deep expertise in Microsoft Azure. Apply that knowledge to real-world programming problems.
- Create advanced technical content including Microsoft Knowledge Base articles, samples, whitepapers, and training.
- Identify and report both software bugs and customer suggestions.
- Participate in regular technical triage meetings to share knowledge with other engineers and help them develop efficient solutions to their customers.
- This position MAY requires night shift and OnCall.
