Responsibility
1.Develop and validate connectivity products (e.g. cordsets, splitters and junctions boxes) locally or in a simultaneous engineering team worldwide
2.Align requirement specification with customers
3.Prepare and align project plan and timeline with customer
4.Prepare project agreements
5.Lead and follow up the development projects
6.Request and follow up product implementation in the production, quality and technical team
7.Provide support series production issues and customer complaints for connectivity products
8.Other tasks assigned by superior.
Requirement
1.Bachelor degree or equivalent in electronic/electrical engineering.
2.More than 5 years relevant working experience, in development or application engineering.
3.English skill is a must.
4.Very good communication skills, good presentation skills, fast learner, strategic, entrepreneurial, motivated, creative and the ability to work in a local and international environment.
