职责描述：
•Quickly study and understand a process, then develop and lead the process/equipment improvements on a strict timeline.
•Driving the Takt time based production system implementation
•Leading in shopfloor Kaizen activities & TIP events(also in preparation phase ).
•Leading office/administration process improvement event
•Follow up & sustain the Kaizen achievement .
•Design lean training course and provide appropriate lean training for employees.
•Regular practices in improvement activities.
•Document translation if need.
•Observe and eliminate 7 WASTE, driving house keeping improvement .
•Document work process information such as people and material flow, and cycle time.
•Drive productivity improvement through by leading team using lean tools (T/T,CT, VSM, Standard work ,visual management).
•Support Weekly, Monthly reports, like project report, operations review, and management meetings such as all hands meeting, town hall, project report meeting, etc.
•Perform other duties as assigned.
任职要求：
•Bachelor’s degree or above on IE or business administration .
•Had 5+ year lean practice experience ,especially leading Kaizen event or workshop experience
•Deep Understanding of Lean Manufacturing concepts and goals.
•Excellent problem solving and analytical abilities.
•Ability to work well under pressure.
•Ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Flexible work schedule and OT when necessary.
•Convincing skill & Self- motivated
