职责描述:
• Ensure that all activities are performed safely. Identify and report any unsafe conditions or acts to appropriate personnel and the Materials Manager.

• Review daily the condition of all material handling equipment verifying that it is safe to operate. Review monthly any preventative maintenance for material handling equipment and schedule appropriately.

•Regulate and supervise the incoming material package to meet the requirements of safety and 5S.

•Check the compliance of material delivery. Include PO, quantity and delivery date.
审核供应商来料交付符合性,包含PO,数量,交期。
•Ensure that material receiving in time and entry data in K3. Make reasonable storage location list and put qualified material on the right storage location at first time.
确保来料及时收货并录入K3,制定合理的库位信息,在物料合格后第一时间放置到对应库位。
•Ensure line side inventory to be replenished timely and accurately.
确保超市的物料及时准确的补充到位。
•Adhere to the principles of First In First Out to ensure inventory safety.
以先进先出为原则,保证仓库物资的安全性。
•Make daily cycle counting plan and monthly cycle counting plan. Analyze the root cause of discrepancy and report to leadership. Ensure the material and account accordant.
制定仓库每日盘点及月度盘点计划,并对盘点差异分析原因,并出具报告,保证账物一致。
• Supervise and provide support, direction, and coaching to assigned staff in the areas of training, problem resolution, planning, work assignment delegation, performance management and development.
管理并给直接下属在培训,问题解决,计划,分配工作和绩效管理与发展发面提供有效的支持,方向和指导;确保工作的及时性;
• Staffing responsibilities including selection and review of Team Members performance. Train new Team Members. Communicate company philosophies and policies, teach and demonstrate work routines. Maintain Team Member work history files including attendance and performance data.

• Oversee department operations with on-going focus on continuous improvement, cost containment, process analysis and compliance to Making Material Flow, Lean and TOS philosophies.

• Focus on creating a lean culture by participating in and supporting all lean workshops and TIP events, 5S, standard work, maintaining documented processes, document changes (PCNs), post standards, monitor performance, create visual systems and perform daily audits.

• Adhere to supervisor standard work. Create and maintain standard work for all positions in Material Distribution. Ensure that assigned staff is trained and compliant to tasks outlined in standard work.

Work with manager to establish department goals and performance metrics. Visually display up-to- date departmental KPIs, keeping all TMs informed of their individual and team performance.

• Initiate communications on employee relations matters such as promotions, transfers, attendance, discipline, work conditions, and personal assistance. Resolves Team Member grievances and problems. Facilitate solutions or forward situations to higher authority.

任职要求:
•A minimum of 5 years experiences as a high performing leader (preferably in Materials Supervision) with evidence of growing responsibilities.至少5年以上仓库管理工作经验,有物料主管经验者更佳。
•A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience working in a manufacturing environment. 至少5年以上生产制造型企业管理经验。
•Must have supervised teams of at least 15 Team Members. 有领导15人以上团队的工作经验。
•Inventory management experience required. Know about finance knowledge. Accounting certificate is preferred. 有仓库库存管理经验,对财务知识有一定的了解,有会计证尤佳
•Understanding of LEAN concepts and participation in a LEAN event required. (Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.) 对精益生产有一定的理解,参与过精益改善项目的更佳。
•Must be an expert with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and proficient with other Microsoft applications. SAP or Oracle experience is preferred. 精通word, excel, outlook等办公软件的应用,有SAP和Oracle经验者尤佳。
•Must have experience with material handling equipment. PIT certification is preferred. 必须有物料设备操作经验,有叉车证尤佳。
