职责描述：
1. Work the sourcing team with new supplier evaluation and audit. Be responsible for auditing the supplier’s quality systems and processes.
2. Be responsible for working with all suppliers to maintain and improve on their quality process and systems.
3. Be required to work with the supplier/s to correct and eradicate all quality issue/s, in the event of in-coming material quality issue/s,
4. Conduct ad-hoc or surprise audit at the affected supplier’s site in the event of an extended in-coming material quality issue/s (3 months period). A period of probation may be given to the supplier for them to correct and improve on the processes.
5. Conduct yearly supplier audit for the top 10 suppliers based on material value spend.
6. Participate in Group Sourcing Team projects.
7.Work with supplier to finish the PPAP for new parts from supplier
8. Handling the customer complaint, quality planing for trading and OEM products.

1.Excellent interpersonal, teamwork skills.
2.Strong knowledge of theory and practice of modern manufacturing practices.
3.Strong knowledge of supplier audit criteria, and evaluation.
4.Good command of written and oral English.
5.Able to work with all levels of management.
6.Familiar with PPAP process， automotive manufacturing back ground is prefer
7. Bachelor degree in Electronics or Mechanical Engineering.
8. 3 years above experience in supplier management and quality management.
