职责描述：
1.负责所属行业产品解决方案和销售目标达成；
2.负责市场竞争分析，掌握竞争对手信息，针对性制定竞争策略，保障项目成功及市场份额和格局优势；
3.理解客户需求，识别与产品相关的客户痛点，针对性的制定策略和方案，满足客户需求；
4.品牌与方案，作为产品解决方案价值的传播者，策划价值宣讲、技术交流、专项品牌活动等；
5.负责标书引导及答标、发货预测等相关工作；
6.参与客户关系拓展、项目运作以及商务谈判等。
任职资格：
1.本科及以上学历，电气、电子类专业，英语听说读写良好；
2.具备较强的逻辑分析及敏锐的市场洞察力，良好的商务沟通能力；
3.熟悉变频器、伺服驱动器等产品的应用。
