岗位职责：
1、负责特种异步电机的立项开发；
2、产品方案规划和系列化设计；
3、产品维护与持续改进；
4、为产品主机应用提供解决方案；
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历；电机与电器、电气工程及其自动化类相关专业；
2、三年以上特种电机开发经验，精通交流绕组理论，擅长起重双速、冶金、辊道等至少一种特种电机的电机磁路设计、有限元仿真，熟悉结构设计；
3、良好的专业英文读写能力。
