工作职责Roles and Responsibilities：
1、负责公司视频类内容的拍摄策划及视频呈现工作，能独立完成整个项目（宣传片、广告片、微电影等）的前期策划、撰稿、拍摄指导，后期剪辑指导工作；
In charge of screenplay and video presentation, be able to work on the whole project
independently e.g. promo, commercial and micro movie, including initial coordination,
scripts writing , videographer and offering post-production guidance alike；
2、牵头完成前期策划创意、脚本撰写、分镜头计划和配音文案等撰写工作；
Take a leading role in the creative plan at the initial stage, script writing, shooting plan and
soundtrack texts etc；
3、监控制作全过程，保证影视制作成品质量。
Taking the role of supervisor to ensure the quality of filming product。

任职要求Requirements：
1、有较强的镜头感和节奏感，擅长镜头语言的运用；
A good sense of shooting technique, i.e., tempo and shooting jargon familiarity；
2、文字功底深厚，能撰写各种不同风格的方案，具很好的创意策划和文字表达能力；
Excellent writing-skills to meet the standards of different proposals, be creative in words-selection and expression；
3、具有较强的编导能力，能够撰写有创意，线索清晰的脚本，能够指导后期进行剪辑；
Capable of screenplay, able to compile a creative and understandable script and offer some
guidance to the post production；
4、熟悉常见拍摄器材及配套设施，熟悉各类拍摄手法，对各种场景，颜色，光线等搭配的拍摄效果有丰富的运用实战经验；
Experience of practical shooting skill, knowledgeable of common camera -related devices and its techniques into the fine-tuning of various setting, color and lights；
5、良好的职业素养、团队协作精神、沟通能力和承压能力。
Have a good work ethics, team-work spirit and communication skill. Being able to work under stress。
