职位描述：
Summary:
Act as first tier in alert response and incident/problem resolution, as well as in identifying production related incidents and issues. This includes detection of system, application, or performance degradation or unavailability. Also track the resolution of any system or application problems. Maintain production problem/issues log on a daily basis a detailed log of any production related issues and incidents including their causes & resolutions. Customers faced and focus on the problem solving from end users.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Cooperate with IT manager to communicate with ABS system vendor to prioritize and track all open issues
2. Maintain IT public facilities including PC, printer, network, email system, etc.
3. IT Assets Management (Hardware, Software, License, etc.)
4. To receive and record all incident report, ad-hoc requests, and Change Requests from end users
5. Technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot issues related to IT infrastructure
6. Strong communication, coordination/facilitation skills, able to work with internal and external IT community and user community efficiently
7. Maintain production problem/issues log on a daily basis a detailed log of any production related issues and incidents including their causes & resolutions.
8. Provide hands-on system training and materials to end users
9. Update Technical Documentation and Monthly IT Report
10. Other tasks assigned by IT Manager

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree major in Computer Science or related
2. 3+ years IT experience in MNC
3. Good communication skills both Chinese and English, can use English to communicate with global team
4. Experience with Manufacturing environments and traceability systems expected.
5. Good problem solving skills
6. Familiar with Windows Operation Systems
7. Basic knowledge about the server maintenance
8. Basic knowledge in network infrastructure
9. The VMWare & Citrix platform experience is preferred
