Responsibilities:
•Product technology transfer of existing products from our European company. Working with purchasing for the selection of local suppliers for the electrical components.
•Maintain existing products design changes and implementation of engineering changes as required. Maintain the product file for the entire product line. Create and maintain electrical schematics, wiring drawings, electrical panel assembly drawings, test procedures, and product manuals and documentation.
•Supply support for manufacturing testing facility and assembly line including equipment testing or assembly problems, test facility troubleshooting, test equipment design and design changes.
•Support for facility electrical systems design changes needed for expansion of manufacturing facility.
•Supply support for field service technicians and troubleshooting for existing projects.
•Programming for PLC, HMI or SCADA for ozone system
•Electrical and mechanical design for MCC, PDB and control cabinet for plant
•Prepare the technical document for project execution.
Qualifications:
•BS Degree in Electrical Engineering
•Experience in electrical control and power distribution panels design
•Experience Chinese electrical codes and standards
•PLC software experience particularly ABB & Siemens would be a must
•AutoCAD and Solid Works
•Successful experience in manufacturing of industrial equipment
•Successful experience in plant control system. Water plant, Chemical industry or power plant are priority
•Rigorous, well organized
•Excellent relational quality, autonomous and ability to drive forward in order to work both independently or in a team.
•Language: Chinese, fluent in English
