Main Responsibilities:
- Based on regional regulation, guidelines, and practices, develop test procedures for entire product lifecycle for products & components, and review and update regularly;
- Validate and evaluate software, hardware, electrical and mechanical systems throughout the entire product lifecycle; and provide the suggestion to management team in terms of test result;
- In order to meet project schedule, provide the constructive test/ qualification suggestions to team members in terms of design target and product’s reliability;
- Take part in the quality management throughout the process, consist of: design, validation, and NPI, production and customer complaints;
- Cooperate with other departments; develop the corrective action plan for quality failure;
- Purchase Equipment, use, maintain and calibrate them according to ISO 17025;
- Participate in project reviews and department meetings as required; Employee also performs other duties as assigned by their Superior.

Requirements:
- 4 years engineering degree minimum from an accredited College or University;
- Solid project management experience is preferred; Minimum 3 years’ experience in a test environment and developing and implementing quality system and process controls;
- Excellent knowledge and background in a design regarding to household electrical appliance or material application would be preferred;
- Experience with electrical/mechanical safety/reliability methodologies and data analysis;
- In depth knowledge of mechanical/electrical/electronic principles/automation;
- Working knowledge in Failure Reporting Analysis and Corrective Action Process (FRACAS), Root Cause Analysis Process, and other Reliability Demonstration Tests (RDTs);
- Ability to read, analyzes, and interprets professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations;
- Ability to apply mathematical operations to such tasks as frequency distribution, determination of test reliability and validity, analysis of variance, correlation techniques, sampling theory, and factor analysis;
- Be highly organized with effective communication and have a strong desire to own and drive test, yield and quality improvement;
- Be highly self-motivated and have strong desire to learn; Being experienced in quality management field is preferred;
- Language skills: excellent Chinese; written English; IT skills: PC literate with working knowledge of Lotus Notes, MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD, Catia, SmarTeam.
