职位描述
POSITION TITLE : Regional Business Planning Manager
POSITION SUPERVISOR’S TITLE: China Business Controller
AREAS of RESPONSIBILITIES
Business partnership:
1.Finance lead in the region, be responsible for financial planning and business financial performance management;
2.A key member of the regional management team to support the business’s growth and to improve the efficiency;
3.Ensure local consistency and compliance;
4.Provide basic finance knowledge to regional non-finance colleagues.
Regional finance management:
1.Deliver monthly financial performance review with regional leadership team on time with high quality, indicating risks and opportunities to deliver financial target;
2.Support RSM to prepare and deliver budget/SAF/Rolling forecast for the region;
3.Actively participate in regional trade promotion both long term and short term strategy development;
4.Review and approve sales A&P application in system;
5.Analysis and control trade spending at regional level includes but not limited to: by brand by channel by spending type;
6.Work with regional management team on distributor rebate and incentive control and approve;
7.Work with regional management team on regional overheads control;
8.Establish process and procedures to keep improving effectiveness and efficiency on sales A&P and overheads management;
9.Play key role on Account Payable and expense claim process by working with regional management team, central AP team and distributors;
10.Closely working with commercial, industrial, innovation controlling team and accounting team in Shanghai head office;
11.Build up regional finance team in the coming year.
