Responsibility
•Provide process application support and troubleshooting to LDI customers. Identify if root cause is machine or process issue. Work with customer to solve process issue.
•Support customer for new project development.
•Maintain relationship with customer and resist vendor with good communication skill.
•Prepare professional report for internal and external customer to clarify situation, solution and follow up plan.
•Self-motivated to learn new tools, features and methods and apply such knowledge at customer sites.
•Flexible to work extended schedules as needed based on business and customer demands.
•Requires frequent travel in China.

Requirement
• Bachelor, Related to Chemistry or Engineering
• 3 years experience in PCB imaging transfer process or R&D department.
• Capable of working independently and on a team.
• Fluent English in both written and verbal communication.
• Good knowledge in Microsoft software skill including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
