Summary:
Ÿ-Responsible for development of the quality program and for the independent surveillance and audit of the project for compliance with procedures and requirements, as well as the documentation of compliance and corrective actions.
Ÿ-Supervise the quality system of EPC contractors.
Ÿ-Work closely with the Project (Deputy) Director and advises him of the status of quality-related activities.

Job responsibilities：
1.Develop the project quality plan and ensure XIANDA specific QA requirements being implemented by subcontractors；
2.Ensures appropriate and up to date project standards and procedures are in place during the duration of the project；
3.Maintains and Executes the Project Audit Schedule；
4.Executes audits on third party contractors and/or suppliers (as required)；
5.Follow up and reports on status of Corrective Actions；
6.Provides support to Project Management to clear quality related action items；
7.Provision of a monthly status report；
8.Approve quality control procedure；
9.Inspect site installation and welding quality ；
10.Other work assigned by project director.

Job requirements：
1.Bachelor degree or above, mechanical / welding or related major;
2.8+ years site working experience and at least 2 projects’ Quality Manager experience;
3.Relevant experience with foreign Engineering Company or construction contractor is preferable;
4.Work under pressure, energetic, highly responsible, with a strong track record of managing and executing complex and challenging projects;
5.Communication in English is preferable.

“天津南港工业区海水淡化及综合利用一体化工程”项目介绍
天津南港工业区海水淡化及综合利用一体化工程，是在解决天津南港工业区生产用水需要的同时，保护渤海湾海域环境、利用浓盐水资源生产盐化工产品，建设节能、环保、循环经济的背景下提出的。该项目是全球海水利用的典范和开创性的项目，建成后将成为中国最大的海水淡化项目。此项目已被列为2013年天津市第十批20项重大工业项目之一和《天津海洋经济科学发展示范区规划》中的110个建设项目之一。
本工程系指包括海水净化、海水淡化、浓海水浓缩生产超纯水、蒸发制盐及生产盐化工等五个子项目组成的一体化系统工程。
本工程第一期规模为：净化水100万吨/天，淡化水13.5万吨/天，超纯水12万吨/天，精制盐240万吨/年，化工产品约100万吨/年。工程占地面积约500亩。
项目主要突出点包括：
海水资源得到充分全部利用，并达到零排放，对环境无污染；
能源的综合利用，在供应净化水的同时，也同步回收了循环水用户的余热；
海水反渗透回收率可达到65%，而一般海水反渗透回收率只有40-45%，由此降低了海水淡化吨水电耗。
利用浓海水机械压缩和防垢除钙技术，成功地将浓海水从9°Bé浓缩至25°Bé，由此使得后续制盐和提取化工元素得以实施。
