SUMMARY：
The Senior Creative Strategist is responsible for working on all projects and collaborating both with the Creative Director and important stakeholders at Xiaomi to deliver the best creative strategy for the brand imaginable. You co-ordinate the resources needed to service projects, build strategic operational plans and balance the expectations of stakeholders. You will be fully immersed in all of Xiaomi’s Global communications and become a true team player who will help position and grow Xiaomi as a global brand.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Every agency will be looking for different skills, so a senior creative strategist needs a wide range of abilities. The Senior Creative Strategist at Xiaomi is expected to:

•Take ownership of business problems and answer them to the highest of standards. Develop creative strategies that are business-problem solving and in-line with current media trends. Has significant experience in professional and commercial writing.
•Take lead in marketing and advertising strategies and provide the utmost level of client service liaising with stakeholders on a day-to-day basis to complete projects to a specific schedule and within an agreed budget.
•Demonstrate a clear understanding of campaign objectives and devise strategies to achieve them. Using your skills to push stakeholders and the creative team creatively and strategically.
•Prepare budget estimates, scopes of work and proposals when needed. Manage the relationship with any relevant 3rd party vendors and maintain project documentation. Facilitate brainstorming and kickoff meetings, as needed.
•Manage multiple projects, with the ability to switch from one to the other seamlessly and a keen attention to detail and timescales.
•Prepare post campaign reports and analysis as well as recommendations moving forward.
•This role will only be suitable for advanced brand strategist ready to make their mark and influence others. It is a demanding post and requires the patience to help others grow professionally, as well as evolving your own skills.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

•Bachelor’s degree in marketing or an equivalent field required.
•7+ years experience of either strategy, account service or related communications experience required.
•Must have proficient computer experience, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, or Keynote. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
•Strong attention to detail.
•Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Significant experience in professional relationship management
•A background in strategy, account service or marketing
•Ability to plan and strategize at a senior level
•A persuasive and confident approach to creative projects
•Full awareness of creative processes and techniques – including digital platforms
•The ability to solve problems and get results
•An open decision-making process that welcomes input from others with an overall positive disposition
•Ability to train, direct, lead and evaluate the work of others.
•Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines concurrently.
•Equipped with knowledge and passion for Electronics, Tech, Fashion, Music, and Pop culture.
•Ideally bi-lingual with English and Mandarin is plus.
•Must be able to travel occasionally
•Experience working in a casual small yet productive atmosphere
