职责描述：
-对债券市场发行人/担保人/交易对手/融资主体, 项目投资等进行筛选和信用分析，提供信用评级意见，建议信用额度和期限
-进行尽职调查, 审阅债券结构和相关文件
-完成年度信用分析报告, 及时进行突发事件分析等
-为投资团队提供支持, 并能够及时提供高质量有深度的信用分析和建议
-进行行业研究, 并及时分享研究意见
-其它信用相关工作

任职要求：
良好的教育背景
金融, 经济, 会计等相关专业硕士及以上学历
CFA or 其它相关证书
5年以上相关工作经验
英文读写流利, 出色英语口语和书面沟通技能

Job Responsibilities
-Conduct credit analysis work, including bond issuer/guarantor/counterparty/borrower, project investment etc, and provide credit rating and proposal opinion.
-Perform due diligence and review bond structure and documentation.
-Cover annual reviews of existing issuers and new issuers, provide ad- hoc reviews and opinions timely.
-Ensure credit research work is completed in compliance with requirements of the regulator, internal credit policy & procedure, internal control, and risk management.
-Actively communicate with Corporate/Regional during credit review process and to enhance their understanding toward China market.
-Regularly check and correct existing credit assessment systems & credit database. Ensure information consistency.
-Provide support to fixed income investment desk, and be able to provide well thought-out, high quality and in-depth credit reviews and proposals.
-Perform industry research, update and share quality industry knowledge and information.
-Proactively monitor market events or trends for covered names/industries and share on weekly credit update. Timely report material events and their credit impacts with records to FI and Credit team.
-Proactively participate in credit rating project and other credit research related work

Job Profile：
-Strong financial educational background
-Finance, Economics, and accounting major Master Degree and above are preferred
-CFA or other certificate preferred
-5 years above relevant working experience
-English skills: fluent, excellent oral and written communication skills
