职责描述:
The scope of this role covers:
• Develop and deliver strategic innovation roadmap for the AMEA region for indulgent and white space opportunity, equity in LU and a new brand. Identify breakout, breakthrough & key line extension innovation opportunities for driving growth on these platforms.
• Act as Region lead for Indulgence, responsible for representing AMEA voice any global forum.
• Lead multiple region wide scaled, major product innovation projects in the category, which are either new category / segment entry or major NPD in existing segments.
• Partner with local market leadership to fill the innovation funnels identifying new platforms, opportunity areas and product concepts.
• Prioritize Whitespace Opportunities regionally. Decide bundles for roll out.
• Define and align on new NPD launch rhythm and scale with local marketing team by brand. Ensure consistent delivery of validated bundle vs. plan. Convert learning to new opportunity from post launch reports.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the AMEA Category innovation vision and roadmap.
• Lead the cross functional teams towards a common objective of timely & successful innovation rate.
• The Category Manager supports the strategic and annual business plan process with regards to innovation.
• Contributes to the evolution of the innovation culture, i.e. provide external orientation, test & learns new tools/ methodologies to evolve (I2M) capabilities.

This Category Manager stays in peer relations with Senior Program Leaders RD&Q and External Manufacturing, Pro-curement, local Marketing Managers and Senior Brand Managers, Manager CI Innovation AP Category, Country CI Managers, Product Change Managers (PCM), GPI (Global Platform Innovation) members.

The Category Manager provides leadership of innovation bundle-development for the AMEA region by managing cross-functional and multi-country teams from idea generation to final bundle development (up to final launch bundle and brand adaptation in a given market).

任职要求:
Education, qualifications and training
• Min Bachelor degree with at least 8 years of Marketing experience especially in managing category. Having experience in managing multiple brands will be essential. Prefer to have FMCG background.

Experience or skills required
• Have experience in managing and leading a category and developing the mixes of the category from price, product, proposition, promotions and distribution strategy. With strong capability in executing the marketing plan with collaboration with cross functions. Has very strong leadership in leading the company agenda to drive the growth as well as leading and influencing cross functions team to achieve the company’s objectives. Experience in developing strategy as well as implementing the plan. Experience in innovation management will be an added advantage.

Specialized knowledge or skills required
• Professional Marketing knowledge especially in category management.
