职位描述
主要职责：
• 管理电子商务的财务规划、预测和报告流程
• 深入分析业务结果与目标以确定机会和威胁，并提出解决建议
• 对影响短期业务和战略决策的相关财务问题提出建议
职位要求：
•至少8年财务管理经验，其中至少5年FP&A管理或相关经验
•大学本科学历，注册会计师/MBA优先
• 熟练的excel和ppt 技巧
Purpose of the Position:
• Provide local management with in-depth analysis of business results versus targets leading to the identification of opportunities and threats and recommendations for appropriate actions to address them.
• Manage the financial planning, forecasting and reporting processes for E-commerce and Imported foods, including the Original Budget, Revised Forecasts, Long Term Strategic Plan and actuals.
• Counsel management on related financial issues that affect business short term and strategic decisions.
Responsibilities:
1. Financial Analysis for Business Decisions for E-commerce/Imported foods
Proactively provide ongoing, timely, accurate financial analysis of key business drivers: Forex, commodity, new products, pricing
Maintain active folio of opportunities and risks
Contribute creative solutions to enhance marketing and sales proposals
Filter proposals that are not consistent with business objectives and ensure proposals have been vetted with appropriate functions (Operations, Marketing, Sales)
Guard sanctity of evaluation models and techniques
2. Continuous Improvement on Business Process & Systems
Promote a culture of continuous improvement by constantly challenging financial and business processes
Recommend and implement change to contribute to the effective and efficient operation of the business within area of responsibility
Lead system implementation to enhance the analytical process
Requirements:
• University Graduate preferably with a degree in business or economics，Certified accountant professional /MBA preferred
• 8+ years finance management experience with MNC, FMCG preferred ,at least 5 years’ experience in FP&A management position or relevant experience
• Higher Budgeting / Forecasting /business analysis skill
• Strong system, computer/technical skills and effectively bi-lingual in Chinese and English
