职责描述：
As a Supplier Quality Engineer, you will ensure the manufacturing operations can continue operations without a detrimental impact to the process from a quality perspective

Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
* Work with Engineering team to creat&update the inspection plan in SAP system and training the inspectors to complete the incoming inspection process including NCM process.
* Managing raw material related quality issues relating to Incoming inspection,Product Production, Pre-Service or V.E.H.R (0 Hour) and Warranty (Processing and component returns)
* Initiating containment activity to quality discrepancies in house and supplier site, to ensure production schedules are not prejudiced
* Issue CAR/QC notes to supplier and approve 8D in system , respond to AQE in time.
* Leading the raw material related quality issues investigation and find the suitable RCCA.
* Support Purchasing team to audit the supplier process.
* Other jobs assigned by supervisor
任职要求：
* Bachelor’s level degree or equivalent experience.Minimum of five years of job related experience or equivalent education, automobile industry preferred.
* Engineering or manufacturing background plus familiarity with manufacturing processes used to produce components and assemblies for Caterpillar Products
* Good human relations skills are required to develop a cooperative working relationship with others inside and outside of Caterpillar
* Strong negotiation skills with the suppliers and problem solving skill on operation execution. Familer with ISO9001/TS16949 and quality methods/tools (e.g. SPC, MSA, FMEA,5-why,8D), quality auditor is preferred
*Be able to read blue print, understand the GD&T and be able to propose measurement method.
*Knowledge of die casting and heat treatment would be a plus
*Good command of verbal and written English
*Willing to travel

Desired Qualifications:
* Knowledge of manufacturing processes and purchasing systems
* Caterpillar Production System Black Belt certification or equivalent
