In this role, you have the opportunity to
Work closely with Business Marketing Director and sales team to develop the SRC marketing strategy. Lead, plan and execute all kinds of marketing activities with reasonable KPI measurement. Lead and manager Home marketing team to work effectively and efficiently.

You are responsible for
•Understand the market status and work out the product strategy and plan. Ensure good execution of the product plan.
•Well allocate, manage, control marketing resources and provide sufficient support to sales team
•Co-operate with related cross function department to achieve AOP
•Work closely with international marketing team to ensure timely and quality communication and execution
•Well communicate with sales team and business partners to conduct marketing program and provide enough marketing support
•Establish and keep good relationship with KOL. Build up reference sites in China
•Provide enough coaching and mentoring to subordinates and develop the career develop plan for them

You are a part of
The SRC marketing manager, the significant role in respirator commercial team, developing marketing plan to grow homecare business in China. You will report to Senior Marketing Manager.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
•At least 5 years’ experience in healthcare industry
•Understand the Home market trend and related marketing or sales experience
•Strong English skills, good communication skill
