职位描述
- Acting as a interface among sales, OC, customers and other functional departments in Siemens
- Managing orders to ensure continuity of whole order cycle are kept in control and drive for improvements
What are my responsibilities:
- Prepare bidding documents for commercial part, provide suggestions and participate in contract negotiation for the biggest interest of Siemens;
- Sales order and purchase order input and processing, order status tracking and tracing;
- Follow up Unbilled cost and Account receivable, analyze assets situation and take measures to reduce assets and lower risks;
- Deal with customer’s logistic compliant and answer customer’s logistic questions, coordinate logistic issues with LCC and other relevant department;
What do I need to qualify for this job?
Experience:
- Experience of using SAP would be a plus
- Fluent in written and oral English
Knowledge:
- Knowledge and experience in contract law and contract negotiation
- knowledge and experience in international trade practice and rules
- knowledge and experience in logistic issues of order processing
Education:
- Bachelor or above.
