职责描述：
Generally be responsible for project technical parts during proposal and execution phase
Acquiring agreement on schedules and resource plans for bid preparation
Coordinating the activities of those involved in bid preparation
Determining bid cost and creating the bid calculation with support of CoC BA and sales
Preparing and completing of proposals as well as optimized solution for customers with CoC BA
Preparing and conducting technical clarification with customers (single line diagram, requirements of secondary part, etc) in case of order
Internal project controlling (schedules, costs including primary and secondary, quality, etc)
Clarifying all detail requirement with Order Engineer to assure a correct production
Order placement management (strictly consideration of the purchasing/suppliers strategy) to Order Engineer
Preparing and regularly updating project planning (cost calculation, project schedule),
Change management and risk management
Coordinating Customer Service engineer after delivery on site
Completing projects close out

任职要求：
Five years working in technical support and project management
Professional expertise in medium voltage switchgear
Advanced level of engineering capabilities in the similar technical field
Advanced technical negotiation techniques
Advanced sales and promotion skill
Basic commercial knowledge
Fluent in Mandarin and English (both written/spoken)
Significant knowledge about Quality Management System and cost controlling
