For EM Division MSs BU in shanghai, we are looking for a Senior Commercial Officer

What are my responsibilities?
a.Offer phase: Customer Check; Prepare bidding document; Prepare bidding deposit/ guarantee; Prepare Commercial terms deviation and negotiation with customer; Check cost calculation ;Prepare LOA (commercial part); Finalize contract with customer
b.Project execution phase: New Customer create; SO/ WBS book; PR Check, Follow vendor invoice; Bank Guarantee related; Monthly project costing review and cost control; GR,DN, Billing, Invoice; AR Chasing
c.Reporting related job
d.Contacts (internal/external) Offer, PM Team, Sales, Customer, Accounting & Controlling, SFS and further internal partners

What do I need quality this position?
Commercial apprenticeship (preferable within Siemens), Diploma/Bachelor in Business Administration or similar education/professional experience (5-8 years)
Experienced in commercial and contract execution
Basic finance knowledge
Good communication and negotiation skills
CPM certificate holder is preferred
Good MS office & SAP skills
Familiar with contract law
Good communication skill and good team work spirit
Frequent English by both writing and speaking
Highly self-motivated and directed.
Keen attention to detail
