§ Technology innovation and predevelopment for Industri 4.0 applications
§ Siemens Factory Automation products or Solutions development and validation,
focus on the prototype development and software development
§ Related patent study and/or products analysis
§ Technical support for Siemens global and/or local manufacturers
Professional and personal qualifications
§ A senior academic background in Control Engineering, Software Engineering or
mechatronics
§ A proven track record of research & development of embedded controllers or
PC based control products, showing strong analytic and system engineering
capabilities.
§ Solid skills and rich experience in the followings,
Ø Algorithm development for data analytics or image processing
Ø PC based software development, using C++/C or
Ø Embedded software development on top of ARM with a RTOS (e.g. Linux),
using C++/C
Ø Good at the development and debug of Boot loader, RTOS tailor, device
driver, fieldbus protocol
§ Rich software engineering experience
§ Able to do system architecture design using UML
§ Documentation in English is a must
§ Project manager certification or Project management experience is an advantage
§ Fluent in English, oral as well as in writing
§ Master+ degree, Ph.D is preferred.
§ Be flexible for frequent business trip between Shanghai and Beijing
§ Experience in one multinational company would be an advantage
