What are my responsibilities?

-Work together with research / expert group for high-level platform architecture & framework definition,
platform/application design specification, etc.;
-Design and improve the architectures of large-scale / distributed platforms and applications;
-Implement key modules of product-quality platforms /applications;
-Provide design & guidance of technical stack for the development team;

What do I need to qualify for this job?

-Master degree or above in Computer Science or equivalent;
-3+ years of software development experience, strong OO skills;
-2+ years of architecture design experience, incl. large-scale / distributed systems;
-Development expertise in at lease 2 of the listed: Java, C#, C++, JavaScript;
-Extensive experience on development frameworks, like Struts, Spring, jQuery, etc.;
-Experience on database and data warehouse platforms;
-Self-motivated, good communication skills and good team player;
-Fluent in English (speaking, reading and writing);

Preferred Qualifications

-Experience on data analytics platform/application design and development;
-Knowledge on open-source big data platform, like MapReduce, Storm, Hive, Impala, etc.;
-Knowledge on typical data mining/machine learning algorithms, like cluster, classification, recommendation, etc.;
-Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment;
