Your new role – challenging and future-oriented
•Development of cloud-based application and services in the area of process automation industry to increase and optimize the plant performance of our customers in the industrial environment
•As the responsible product owner within the area of industrial applications you are working within an agile team and you own the application over the complete lifecycle
•You are the representative of the stakeholders and business owners within the Scrum team and therefore responsible to understand the business and market demands and communicate them to the Scrum Team
•You act as an entrepreneur and test the product vision in close exchange with the users and customers to achieve the greatest possible customer benefit
•You derive functionality out of the market requirements and you are responsible to maintain the backlog including the prioritization within the agile development process, whereby you are working closely together with the business owner and development teams

Your qualifications – solid and appropriate
•You have successfully completed university degree in a technical or information sciences faculty
•You convince with a broad experience within product management
•You have deep experience in agile development of software applications
•You should ideally hold certificates for Product Owner (agile development) and have worked at least 3 years in the role as Product Owner in a Scrum Team
•You have a strong interest within apps and digitalization
•You preferably have background know-how within the process automation industry
•You have extensive knowledge and in-depth understanding in the area of cloud computing to assess the technical and economic feasibility
•You possess a high degree of communication and presentation skills (internal/external)
•You convince with leadership-mindset and a high degree of motivational capabilities, to lead virtual teams – as well in international and intercultural context
•You should ideally have pronounced analytical, strategic and coordinating skills
•You have excellent German and English skills
