What are my responsibilities?
- Ensure market transparency and market intelligence for these 2 verticals and respective key accounts, via active research and high level communication to customer decision levels.
- Explore business opportunity in the responsible verticals and the key accounts collaborating with KAM, etc.
- Pro-actively lead key projects & key accounts providing pipeline on Vertical level and ensure they are in Siemens CRM tool
- Facilitate BD colleagues to exploit key customers’ opportunity and access in early project phase
- Annual Business Budget planning responsible by vertical / by key account
- Budget and implementation of Marketing and Promotion events for the verticals
- Technical authority role, pro-actively participate in vertical / account specific standardization committees and vertical technical applications
- Profile project price and T&Cs strategy for key verticals and accounts with respective colleagues to achieve annual business target of these verticals
- Coordinate within BU activities for named projects and for cross BU business
What do I need to qualify for this job?
- Experience in Sales or Business Development in MV and LV switchgear field in min 6 years and 5 years in O&G or Petrochemical industry
- Proven track record in his/her success in this field and industry
- To demonstrate working attitude continuously being business focus, pro-active, “can do”, collaboration with colleagues and pragmatic.
- Experience in working Multi-Nation Company is preferable
- Fluent Mandarin and English in speaking and writing
