职责描述：
Secure consistent booking procedure of all business cases in SMVS according to Siemens guidelines, IFRS and local-/US-GAAP (general ledger, account payable ledger, accounts receivable ledger)
Make proposal for budget and forecast according to management requirement
Responsible for the successful execution of finance audits (KPMG), taxation audits and other internal/external audits
Responsible for assets management (Inventory controlling, investment controlling, Cash balance and so on)
Secure liquidity for business operations, conduct Annual Physical Inventory and fixed assets
Active participation in Executive Management circle required.
Conduct cost centre planning , controlling and cost analysis
Prepare external reporting (e.g. balance sheet, income statement, taxation report)
Prepare internal reporting, controlling of key figures for management report and other requested reports
Ensure framework of successful financial transactions including salary payment and travel reimbursement.
Actively contributing to the overall success through team work, individual actions and participation in the Executive Management Meeting, and other tasks assigned by the GM or CFO.

任职要求：
At least five (5) years work experience in a multinational industrial enterprise at the similar position. At least three (3) years of management experience.
Bachelor degree or above in accounting and controlling, business administration or related, MBA is preferred.
Mature professional knowledge in accounting and controlling management and good understandings to the impact of the company's strategy caused by AC management.
Sound knowledge of Siemens Guideline (preferred), IFRS, US GAAP, Local GAAP and taxation regulations. Strong ability in monitoring and analyzing. Strong communication, cooperation and co-ordinate skills. Good communication skills in English, and good skills in PC. Vision and conceptional understanding of AC management. High level of sophisticated and modern management leadership and BA skills.
Good International network skil, good understandings to the intercultural difference.
