在指定的销售区域内增加和提升销售数字,包括执行销售策略和市场活动计划,达到公司销售金额和利润指标。

主要工作范围和职责：
- 在分配的区域内,提高销售和服务的专注度,执行销售计划和策略。
- 管理区域内现有经销商,提升经销商专业能力,以增加现有经销商相应的销售额和利润。
- 开发新的经销商和或者拓展新的渠道,达到销售额和利润率的增长目标提供精准的销售预测和计划,
- 跟销售计划和物流部门一起来确保库存的优化,跟财务部门合作,来确保客户的应收帐款及时回款
- 在高级销售代表的支持下,在所负责区域进行市场信息收集统计和分析,以协助富世华集团的业务增长目标
- 上级主管安排的其他工作任务

要求：
- 相关的教育或者工作背景 (大专或以上学历), 最好有工科,机械或者工程类专业背景。..
- 普通话流利
- 商务英语基本读写能力,最好能简单会话
- 优秀的销售和业务开发能力

- 良好的沟通技巧
- 影响客户的能力
- 收集市场信息,了解市场的能力
- 最好具备在不同文化的环境中工作的经验
