Job Responsibilities:
•Leading reginal CQE team to satisfy customers
•As key account contact window to deal with critical customer issues;
•Quick response to customer quality complaints within specific cycle time
•Coordinate and drive different manufacturing sites to execute customer requirements effectively;
•Standardize quality controls for this key customer account across different manufacturing sites;
•Monitor quality trend and take initiatives to improve the performance;
•Participate Global level quality meeting present China customer scorecard

Job Requirements:
•Degree in Engineering / Science,
•Minimum 10 years working experience in quality or engineering , with min. 5 years of Automotive area;
•Strong quality management system knowledge and system thinking mindset;
•Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate function team to achieve desired result.
•Good communication and negotiation with customer to protect company benefit;
•Confidence and ability to effectively communicate with high profile customers.
•Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills;
•Execution experience of IATF16949 system and QS-5 tools
