Job description:
- Place monthly purchase order and coordinate with Headquarter on orders
- Smooth the weekly shipment from HQ, China Customs Clearance and make sales order to dealers
- Inventory analysis and management
- Retailers and Corporate stores’ stock solution and action
- Build up customer service network tto meets brand’s needs
- Handle customer complaint
- CS related training and analysis
- Analyze sales forecast evolution including a monthly review with the main actors and build a forecast proposal based on historical sales
- Calculate and analyze the gaps between forecasts and real sales for new product
- Complete sales reports as requested
- Other supporting tasks assigned by the manager

Requirements:
- College degree and above
- At least 2-3 years working experience logistics or customer service role, in Cosmetics or luxury are preferable
- Supportive, easy going, quick learner, good communication skill and independent
- Work under pressure and overtime
- Strong skills in Excel, Fluent in English and mandarin
