职责描述：
1. 负责安全检查、事故隐患汇报以及快速检查的统计、分析讨论，完成报告，跟踪改进行动
2. 协助组织开展内部事故调查、编写事故报告以及相应的后续跟进工作
3. 相关事故、分析报告、安全通报的分发、公布
4.协助参加相关政府职能部门组织的会议，如开发区管委会、安监等
5.协助完成相关HSE的取证工作，确保公司运营达到合规经营
6. 进行例行安全生产检查，对发现的异常或不符合现象进行记录并协调沟通
7. 监督特殊作业的风险管控与安全措施是否落实到位
8.协助组织年度HSE主题或专项活动，如隐患排查治理工作、内部审计等
9.协助组织相关部门人员的HSE的更新培训
10.完成经理交办的其他HSE工作
