ACTIVITIES（工作行为，主要指日常的，具有代表性的工作行为）

-Analytical Testing: Responsible for the analytical testing of samples supplied internally (R&D, Sales, Sourcing, Operations) or externally (customers, suppliers). Must be able to interpret results to help draw conclusions regarding customer inquiries. Must be capable of safely working on the bench with various chemicals which could include (but not limited to) isocyanates and solvents. Must be capable of safe and accurate testing using a wide range of high tech testing equipment (FTIR, GPC, HPLC, GC-MS, DSC, TGA, Rheology, etc.).
-Project Support: Support projects prioritized for business success. This includes (but is not limited to) QC test, product development, technical support problem solving, competitive sample analysis, etc.
-Method Development: Responsible for new testing method development as new testing requirements arise.
-System and Procedures: Comply 100% with EHS and Quality management system policies and requirements. Utilization of Stage-Gate project management.
-Technology Sharing: Develop technical contacts with global internal affiliates and strategic suppliers to maintain alignment with front tier analysis technology, identify opportunities and manage technology transfer.
-Reporting: Provide regular reports as required.
-Equipment Maintenance: Responsible for daily instruments maintenance and calibration to ensure the instruments working in excellent condition. As necessary interface with equipment suppliers for equipment repair and maintenance.

-The position requires 5-10% domestic/international travel.
-The position is under the pressure of fast business growth and needs to support new product development, new application and new markets.

-Ensure R&D activities in compliance with HSEQ and operational requirements
-Ensure analytical lab technical support in line with business needs and timely
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED（能力/经验要求，此岗位具体的学历、经验及各项能力要求）
-M.S degree in Chemistry, Polymer Science, or related field.
-Hands-on experience with several analytical instruments (FTIR, GPC, HPLC, GC-MS, DSC, TGA, Rheology, etc)
-Strong polymer background especially understanding polymer structure-property relationships is desirable.
-Results-oriented, aggressive but a team player.
-Rigorous analytical approach towards problem solving.
-Open-minded, creative and innovative.
-Outstanding interpersonal & communication skills.
-Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
-Good command of English both written and oral.
