Job description:
- Close communication with local sales and overseas sales, receive and understand customer demand, especially the rolling forecasts by working closely with Sales Dept.
- Analyze and determine material requirement. work with supply chain team to ensure the material supply can meet production requirement
- Work with engineering team to smooth transition to mass production during new product introduction
- Manage and coordinate customer demand variations with Production, Sales Dept. and Materials, balance capacity, etc.
- Responsible for master schedule of the MFG base on the material and capacity
- Coordination and tracking of manufacturing schedule to meet the planned objective.
- Responsible for the on time delivery
- Use the method of pull-production, define the supermarket, Kanban, etc.
- Strive for Lean Organization and Continuous Improvement

Qualification:
Education Background:
Bachelor degree in technical or business field or equivalent
Training:
None
Working Experience:
- More than 3 years’ experience in manufacturing environment and planning is preferred
Skills:
-Excellent English and Mandarin in both verbal and written
-Knowledge of planning workflows and procedures in manufacturing plants
-Knowledge of S&OP and MRP system
-Strong interpersonal communications and process improvement
-Good PC skills (eg .Microsoft Office, etc.)
-Good data analysis skill
