Responsibility & Routine:

1.Set up and maintain localization project management system.
2.Set up project monitor system by using different management tools.
3.Provide support to other department when required.
4.planning of manufacturing concepts incl. economic feasibility
5.Be responsible for new product transfer project; include production layout and process flow defination, equipemnt puchasing and acceptance, new sample production, PPAP report submission.
6.Be responsible for compilation of process document, include flow chart, working instruction, PFMEA.
7.Managing locaization projects throughout departments.
8.Planning production equipment capacity.
9.Training operator.
10.Support IE to finish the standard working time measurement.

Requirements:

1.College degree or above major in Mechanics, Electronics, Instrument or equivalent, with at least 5 year’s relevant experience.
2.Familiar with production management and has on site management experience.
3.Experience in mechanical processing (turning, milling, drilling, material knowledge) is must
4.Experience with project management software is preferred.
5.Solid in hand, high sense of responsibility and self-motivated, good communication and coordination skills.
6.Familiar with TS16949.
7.Fluent in English and German communication (both written & oral).
8.Skilled in MS office software.
