职位描述
Global leader in vertical positioning material handling seeks experienced Quality Manager.
Position is responsible for Quality management in 2 factories in Shanghai and Ningbo.
Responsibilities:
1. Establish and lead the company quality management system; formulate quality goals, pursue continuous improvement programs
2. Establish quality systems procedures, standards performance metrics and standard operational procedures.
3. Establish standard reporting mechanism to company management
4. Lead multiple disciplinary quality team to carry on the continuous improvement initiatives.
5. Responsible for organizing the training of personnel in quality system management and control.
6. Monitor the performance, review analyze quality team performance.
7.Work with Purchasing Department to, establish supplier performance metrics and reporting process.
8. Measure supplier quality performance, qualify new suppliers and establish supplier quality management system to comply with company requirements.
9. Direct and monitor quality department employees
10. Participate in developing new products and organize the Quality Engineers to finish New Product Quality Control Plan
11. Measure and report Quality Cost Analysis Report
11. Other tasks as assigned.
Skills and traits of characters required by position
1. Professional knowledge: full-time bachelor or above in mechanical or other related majors
2. Strong knowledge of machinery operation and quality workmanship. Experience with hydraulic cylinders and electrical power units extremely beneficial
3. Ability to read mechanical drawings and knowledgeable in the use of basic measuring tools- caliper, micrometer, height gauge, projector etc.
4. familiar with quality standards in mechanical, stamped and welding products
5. Excellent organization, leadership and communication skills
6. Ability to build teams and motivate staff
7.Have SEQ working experience
Software knowledge:Familiar with ERP systems,Proficient with MS Office,Strong knowledge of machine drawings
Education:
Education: Graduate or advanced studies in a related field; engineering, business management with a manufacturing focus.
5-8 Years work experience in quality performance position of leadership
Certifications: ISO90001、14001 system certification experience
