职责描述：
1.Support to work with global team/agency to develop and define domestic innovation pipeline and product portfolio as per China consumer/market insight.
2.Work with cross functional team (R&D, factory, regulation, legal, logistic, finance etc.) to ensure product launch on-time with a solid business case.
3.Work with agency/nutrition expert for effective integrated brand building, and consumer/market insight driven activation to achieve annual marketing objective.
4.Work closely with sales team to ensure annual sales target delivery both in volume and value based on shopper insights for both online and offline.
5.Work with finance team to supervise domestic brand P&L, and manage marketing budget for domestic range
6.Monitor the competitors activities and trend in China.

任职要求：
1.5 years’ experience in FMCG companies with both innovation and activation experience are preferred.
2.Fluent in English and also good computer skills.
3.Good team work with entrepreneur spirit to manage ambiguity
