职位描述
Responsibilities
- Lead the team in attaining its annual revenue and expense targets for key company accounts
- Support client needs in a timely and efficient manner demonstrating a sense of urgency, tenacity, and commitment to quality and excellent client service.
- Represent the client's "voice" to company functional areas.
- Identify opportunities to leverage the different company services to create integrated solutions that solve our clients' business issues.
- Lead and develop a high performing client service team to exceed client expectations. Ensure team is structured and resourced to deliver against client deliverable
- Mentor team members providing guidance on structuring, developing client relationships and identifying opportunities to enhance the value we provide to the client.
- Lead the contract renewal process for assigned clients
Requirements
- 7 to 10 years of experience in the IT services industry
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- A good team player with outstanding listening, presentation, and communication skills—both in written and oral English; knowledge of Mandarin, Japanese, or Korean is a plus
- Independent & Process oriented
