Responsibility
1.Involved in new project for APQP and PPAP process, perform design review and project review in different phase of project.
参与到公司新项目的APQP和PPAP过程，执行在项目不同阶段的设计评审和项目评审。
2.Prepare PPAP documents submit and follow up till get the approved PSW from customer.
准备PPAP文档的提交，并跟踪客户批复情况，直到获得客户批准的PSW报告。
3.Prepare control plan and work instructions for process, ensure all special characteristics are identified in control plan.
准备过程控制计划和作业文件，确保产品所有的特殊性在控制计划中被识别。
4.Be familiar with production process of car electronic products, such as SMT and assembling.
熟悉汽车电子产品的生产工艺,比如SMT以及装配;
5.Apply quality management tools to analyze quality issues, such as 8D,SPC.
能运用质量管理工具进行质量问题分析,如8D,SPC等进行分析；
6.Assist to hold daily meetings on quality issues review and prepare relevant files.
协助召开日常的质量问题评审会议，准备相关资料；
7.Compile and write simple quality testing files and related standards independently, and direct inspectors daily quality testing activities.
能独立完成简单的质量检验文件，相关标准的撰写，指导检验员开展日常质量检验活动；
8.Prepare OQA inspection instruction to ensure finished good 100% qualified for out-going.
准备出货检验说明书，确保出货产品100%合格。
9.Support PM to track project open issue and publish the open issue status to PM.
支持项目管理活动，跟踪项目开放的问题，将问题关闭的情况公布给项目团队。
10.Perform annual product audit and process audit.
执行年度产品审核和过程审核。
11.Perform annual SPC data analysis and evaluate the Cpk level for special characteristics.
执行年度SPC数据分析并评估产品关键特性的Cpk水平。
12.Dispose the customer complaints and reply customer 8D report, communicate with customer for root cause and corrective action.
处理客户的抱怨，并回复客户8D报告，与客户沟通事故的根本原因和纠正措施。
13.Communication with customer for customer requirements and prepare customer required Quality documents.
保持与客户的有效沟通，并准备顾客需求的相关质量文档。
14.Serving customer and coordinate with customer related audit activities for project.
接待客户并协调顾客对项目相关的审核活动。
15.Other task as assigned by the Quality Manager.

Education and skill requirements:
1.Bachelor degree in Electronic Engineering with 3 years related experience.
电子工程相关专业本科以上学历，3年相关工作经验;
2.Knowledge of automotive quality system TS16949
了解TS16949汽车质量体系;
3.Excellent team work spirit & communication ability.
优秀的团队工作精神及沟通能力;
4.Rich skill in 5 tools of APQP, PPAP, SPC, FMEA & MSA.
拥有APQP, PPAP, SPC, FMEA & MSA五大工具技能;
5.At least 3 years+ experience in automotive or electronics.
3年以上汽车电子行业或者电子制造行业经验;
6.Fluent English both in writing and speaking is a must
