Responsibility :
1. Responsible for Charter execution and resource loading.
执行公司项目管理标准和资源整合；
2. Responsible for customer requirements definition and control of stakeholder interests.
负责以专业的技术语言定义客户需求, 指导研发团队进行项目开发；
3. Responsible for project plan development through project team collaboration.
通过对研发团队资源的管理协作制定项目开发计划；
4. Responsible for project schedule creation and control of baseline timing.
制定项目进度计划表, 并根据客户需求控制项目时间研发阶段性节点；
5. Responsible for milestone delivery of key functional electronic groups such as but not limited to software, hardware, mechanical, and systems.
对软件，硬件，结构和系统等团队的研发进度进行监督, 对阶段性的研发成果定期进行审核以保证整个项目处于控制范围内；
6. Directs and coordinates program activities while exercising control over personnel responsible for specific functions throughout the lifecycle phases of program.
对整个项目开发周期中的各个阶段进行必要的标准指导和人员协调；
7. Responsible for control of project/program level risks, issue management, and project quality.
对项目/方案的风险, 文件人员管理问题, 工程质量进行控制必要的控制；
8. Reviews reports and records activities to ensure progress is being accomplished toward specified program objectives and modifies or changes methodology as required.
对项目报告和项目活动进行必要的审核, 以确保项目目标的实现，并根据客户需要对项目管理方式方法进行改进；
9. Keeps management informed of issues.
和管理层保持必要的沟通和回报；
10.Identify, plan, and track program milestones.
确定，计划和跟踪项目结点；
11.Other task as assigned by the line manager.
上级经理安排的其他工作。

Education and skill requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; with 3-5 years related experience and/or training.
本科以上学历, 学士学位，四年制学院或大学，有3-5相关工作经验和/或培训;
2. Strong technical electronic Program Management skill set.
具备熟练的电子技术项目管理技能。
3. Experience with electronic design, product development and assembly.
熟悉电子设计开发，具备产品开发和项目整合经验;
4. Electronics Manufacturing;
熟悉电子制造工艺及过程;
5. Previous experience in automotive a plus;
有汽车工作背景者佳;
6. Strong leadership and communication skills.
较强的领导能力和沟通技巧;
7. Experience with off shore Program Management preferred;
有离岸项目管理经验者优先;
8. PMP certification a plus
有PMP认证者优先;

The work location is in Qingpu and the company offer the shuttle bus.
