Introduction:
Supervisor of a small sized expert IT team, and reporting to the IT and Project Manager you will have to perform end to end support for circa 130 users based in 37 branches (Shanghai being the main site), while ensuring compliance to the Group IT procedures and standards. This position is highly self-developing, allowing employee to gain a lot of international experience and additional knowledge.

Responsibilities：
？ Responsible for coordinating and solving IT major incidents and problems 负责和协调IT服务重大事件和问题的解决

？ Monitor service quality and availability监督和提供IT相关服务质量和可用性

？ Coordinate international projects
？ Responsible for internal system administration

Technical Skills :
1 Microsoft Active Directory user, computer and group membership management in best practices respect.
2 Microsoft Active Directory GPO management is a plus
3 Good knowledge on workstation master deployment with Microsoft product (WSUS/MDT advanced skills ; SCCM basic skills), ability to insert specific drivers into an global Group image is a plus.
4 Good knowledge of Internet Browser configuration for local, WAN and public resources access (WPAD, proxy.pac)
5 Knowledge on client security management and reporting: patching (WSUS) antivirus (Symantec).
6 Basic Network knowledge : VPN, WAN, Internet, Wifi AP configuration, routing.
7 Microsoft MCSE/MCITP certification required.
8 Cisco CCNA certification is a plus
9 Awareness of PM methodology.
