Job summary:
Achieve DR sales budget within margin guideline.
Implement the area DR sales strategies.
Develop and maintain, and utilize DR sales channels within the territory.

Main responsibilities:
Achieve DR sales and profitability goals.
Serve as customers’ valuable and trusted contact for Agfa DR products, services, technical issues, and supply issues.
Set up DR dealer channel and manage dealer performance.
Align with company processes, and drive efficient team work in territory.
Responsible for area DR opportunity management and account receivable.
Collect market information and report accordingly.

Competencies (skills, knowledge, behaviours)
Essential :
Degree: bachelor
More than 5 years experience for PRC healthcare DR Sales/channel management.
Works independently; self-initiated; good business sense, customer oriented; open-minded; willing to travel; can work under
pressure and deadlines; excellent negotiation and communication skills; good learning skills.
Desirable:
DR KAM's position is preferable in healthcare environment; understands healthcare DR business and hospital workflow.
