工作职责
1. 负责行政公文、会议纪要、工作报告等起草及日常文秘、信息报送工作
2. 协助做好资料整理、起草等工作；
3. 做好部门和其他部门的协调工作。
4. 跟进已有合同，监理供应商完成质量
5. 与客户沟通；
6. 有需要能够接受展会现场接待；
7. 能独立处理突发事件，处理一些紧迫事务。

1. be responsible for the drafting of administrative documents, minutes, work reports, and daily secretarial and information submission
2. Coordinate the Department and other departments.
4. Follow up existing contract and supervise supplier to finish quality
5. communicate with customers
6. Have the ability to accept the exhibition site reception;
7. be able to deal with emergencies independently and deal with urgent matters.
