Area of Responsibility
Responsible for sales activities and customer supporting to his own regions that defined by Territory manager

Comply with all Company Policies and Procedures

Increase sales on an annual basis in area of responsibility

Maintain, contact and visit regularly, existing & new customers

Spent at least 60% of his time to customer visiting’s and meetings in the field

Analyze the region market sales targets and goals, within 3 years, with region technical supporting together

Reporting of special issues to the management

Be responsible for the price quoting and offering in the Region. Quote approval goes to territory manager

CRM Way of Life – use the CRM to document all Sales Customer Activity and insure that Subordinate are utilizing correctly

Help territory activities on Marketing and Sales promotion and support of the marketing and sales promotion activities (publicity, PR, seminars, exhibition)

Active crisis management with customers, report to territory manager
与客户进行积极的危机管理,向区域经理报告
Control on sales channels directly and indirectly

Building annual Sales Plans and execution according to territory policies

Manager and handling all needs from customers
处理和解决客户所有的工作需求
Plan customer meetings frequency and targets according to type, report to territory manager and reviewed it monthly
