Tasks:
1.Develop & implement Corporate Communication strategy & budget and control the cost.
2.Establish and maintain close relations with national media in Beijing like CCTV and ensure presses are timely released on necessary media platforms including but not limited to newspapers, magazines, websites and so on.
3. Be in charge of media events and sponsorships on behalf of MetLife corporate communication.
4. Responsible for crisis management including crisis prevention and treatment.
5. Give clear and strong guidance to branches on issues related.

This position belongs to Corporate Communication/Citizenship department and the position holder will lead Corporate Communication team.

Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree or above.
2. Above 5 years experience in corporate communication related area.
3. Strong capability to synthesize complex information, to understand the needs & interests of target audiences and be skilllful in define and articulate messages.
4. Excellent verbal and written communications skills in both Mandarin and English.
5. Have good media relationship and resources on national level.
