Priorities will be given to candidates who have done bidding works before for international clients in China, and thus understand first-hand what a complete, accurate and competitive bid proposal should look like.根据业主投标邀请的要求亲自参与过技术标和商务标的编写。有参与在中国的国外业主的标书编写的经历者优先；3) The responsibilities of this position also include recruiting, developing and managing a project management team focusing on executing construction projects for international clients in China.负责在中国招聘、开发和管理执行国外业主的施工项目的项目管理团队。4) The Project Manager has the overall responsibility for managing, executing and delivering projects pursuant to the contracts signed with clients, according to the high quality and safety standards specified, on time and on budget, while complying with both the Chinese state and local regulations and international practices.依照与业主签署的合同，根据规定的高的质量和安全标准，整体负责管理、执行和交付项目。项目交工需准时，预算需在计划内，并符合中国国家和地方标准及国际惯例。5) The candidate should have experience and capabilities in developing new businesses of construction projects and maintain healthy working relationships with existing clients.具备开发施工项目新业务经验和能力，并能与现有业主保持良好的工作关系。Position requirements:职位要求：1）At least seven years experience as a Project Manager with considerable time spent on the project site, of which at least three years is spent working with an international company in a role associated with construction or project management, whether it be a client company or an EPCM company.7年以上的项目经理经验，其中至少三年在国际化公司（业主公司或EPCM公司）从事施工或项目管理相关工作；2）Experience with a leading Chinese construction contractor will be a plus有国内领先的承包商经验者优先；3）National Grade 1 Constructor is preferred but not mandatory.有国家一级建造师资质者优先；4）Great team leadership, strong communication and coordination skills.有较好的团队领导能力及沟通协调能力；5）Self-motivated, with strong work ethics and the ability to perform under pressure, with little supervision.工作主动积极，有很强的职业道德及抗压能力；6）Familiar with Auto CAD、Sketching Pro, MS office;熟悉Auto CAD, Sketching Pro、MS OFFICE等办公软件；7）Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills. It is a mandatory requirement.良好的英语听、说、读、写能力； 8）The position will be mainly based in Shanghai, but the candidate should be willing to be assigned to other cities of China for a required stretch of time.该岗位需长期出差，不适应者勿投。
