Responsibilities:1.Answer phones courteously and professionally,taking messages upon necessity and urgencyReception clients and visitors. 2.Receive and forward faxes to certain receivers3.Receive and Hand out all in and out mailings accurately and timely4.Travel Coordination5.Arrange office purchasing6.Other office administrative affairs7.Provide support to all departments as per request,8.Assist with office works assigned by immediate supervisorCompetency:Education & QualificationUniversity degree in English language or AdminKnowledge & Experience1.Literate with the English language, excellent oral English 2.MicroSoft Office and other necessary software skills3.Able to work under pressure & excellent team work player4.Intelligent, reliable, patient, sharp, quick, outgoing, personable, and sociable5.Nice presentation (i.e. dresses nicely, professional) 6.Office administration experience in a multi-cultural MNC environment preferable
